Sales Executive who can contribute to membership sales, generate new business opportunities, and build solid relationships with prospective and existing clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads through calls, walk-ins, references, follow-ups, and other sales channels.
- Understand prospective members fitness goals and requirements and recommend suitable Fitclub memberships and services.
- Conduct professional club tours and effectively communicate Fitclubs facilities, services and memberships.
- Convert leads and enquiries into membership sales while consistently achieving monthly sales targets.
- Follow up with prospective clients through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
- Maintain regular and accurate records of leads, follow-ups, conversions, and sales activities in the CRM.




- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing members to encourage referrals and repeat business.
- Coordinate with the Club Manager and other departments to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new members.
- Handle client queries professionally and ensure a high level of customer experience throughout the sales process.
