Role & responsibilities -

Key Responsibilities

- Support the day-to-day operations of multiple applications
- Handle incident management using standard tools and processes
- Troubleshoot and debug business-critical system issues
- Ensure system stability, availability, and operational efficiency
- Use logging, monitoring, and alerting tools to identify root causes of incidents
- Participate in 247 production support rotation

Preferred candidate profile -

Must-Have Skills

- Programming experience in Java or .NET, someone who can understand the code and make changes or fix issues.
- Solid debugging and troubleshooting capabilities
- Experience with databases (SQL or NoSQL)
- Hands-on experience with monitoring tools: (Datadog/ Prometheus/ Grafana)
- Ability to deliver high-quality, well-tested bug fixes and enhancements

Good-to-Have Skills

- Knowledge of cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins/Kubernetes)
- Frontend exposure (React / Angular)
