Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process for blue collar hiring in manufacturing industry, including bulk hiring and non-IT recruitment.
- Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, employee referrals, etc. to meet business requirements.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand job descriptions, requirements, and expectations.
- Ensure timely communication with both clients (internal) regarding candidate status updates.
- Conduct interviews with potential candidates to assess their skills and fit for the role.
