Key Responsibilities:

- Lead support, maintenance, and enhancements for the Medius platform.
- Manage Medius integrations with SAP, Oracle, and other ERP systems.
- Support REST/SOAP APIs, middleware integrations, and troubleshoot production issues.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure application performance and compliance.
- Prepare documentation and participate in incident, problem, and change management activities.

Required Skills:

- Strong experience in Medius Invoice Automation and finance/AP processes.
- Expertise in PL/SQL, SQL optimization, and database management.
- Hands-on experience with REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, JSON, XML, and XSLT.
- Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and integration experience.
- Experience with Dynatrace and application monitoring tools.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience integrating Medius with SAP or other ERP platforms.
- Knowledge of Azure/AWS cloud platforms.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and service management tools.
