ROLE DETAILS:

Position: Technical Support Specialist

Location: Remote (Base: Hyderabad)

Shift Timing: 5:30 PM - 2:30 AM (Night Shift)

Experience Required: 3-5 years in Production Support

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide L2/L3 technical support for Java-based enterprise applications

Perform root cause analysis and incident management

Troubleshoot application, database, and infrastructure issues

Work with development and infrastructure teams for resolution

Maintain knowledge base and technical documentation

REQUIRED SKILLS:

Java / Core Java

SQL (Oracle, MySQL, SQL Server)

Linux/Unix administration & Shell scripting

REST API integration knowledge

Application monitoring and log analysis

Incident & Problem Management (JIRA/ServiceNow)
