* Develop and execute B2B sales strategies for Labour Law Compliance, EPF, ESIC, Payroll, HR and Compliance Audit services.
* Identify and acquire corporate, industrial and SME clients.
* Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, email, networking, referrals and industrial visits.
* Build relationships with HR, Admin, Finance, Plant Heads, Business Owners and CXOs. Role & responsibilities
Preferred candidate profile We prefer *4-8 years of B2B Sales experience*, especially in HR Consulting, Payroll, Labour Compliance, Staffing, HRMS/SaaS or Professional Services. MBA/PGDM in Sales & Marketing is preferred. Candidates should have excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills, solid lead-generation and closing abilities, and willingness to travel for client meetings.
