We are looking for a skilled SAP RTR Process Lead to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have 18 years of experience and a strong background in the Education/Training industry.

Roles and Responsibility

- Manage and oversee the implementation of SAP RTR processes.
- Develop and maintain process documentation and user manuals.
- Provide training and support to end-users on SAP RTR processes.
- Analyze and resolve issues related to SAP RTR processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP RTR processes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

- Minimum 18 years of experience in SAP RTR process management.
- Strong knowledge of SAP RTR modules and functionalities.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in managing and leading teams is an added advantage.
