Role & responsibilities

The Business Analyst (AI enabled) will play a critical role in utilizing advanced AI-

technologies and analytics to solve complex business problems and enhance

decision-making processes. The ideal candidate will have experience in the

FMCG/CPG industry, a passion for AI innovations, and the ability to use prompt

engineering to unlock the potential of emerging tools like large language models

(LLMs) and generative AI systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Large Scale Implementations:

- Lead business initiatives to address business challenges and optimize /decision-

making processes along with writing BRDs & FRDs, have experience in driving

customer interactions.

- Design and develop POV solutions tailored to business needs in the FMCG/CPG

sector.

- Collaborate with data scientists and AI experts to integrate AI models into business

operations.

Data Analytics & Insights:

- Analyze large datasets to uncover actionable insights that drive strategic decision-

making, product development, and market positioning.

- Work closely with stakeholders to identify key business questions and provide

data-driven solutions leveraging AI and advanced analytics.

Prompt Engineering:

- Design, test, and refine AI prompts for efficient and accurate results, ensuring

prompt

outputs are aligned with business goals.

- Develop frameworks for optimizing prompt-based AI tools (like GPT models) for

use

in key business areas such as Target setting, demand forecasting, consumer

sentiment analysis, pricing strategies,



and supply chain optimization.

- Act as a liaison between Customers and data science teams, ensuring AI

projects are deployed with business objectives.

- Present findings, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership in a clear,

actionable format.

Prior experience in the FMCG/CPG industry, understanding key business challenges

and opportunities is an added advantage.

Hands-on experience using AI tools and platforms and proficiency in prompt

engineering techniques.

Strong knowledge of data analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R) and experience with

data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

Skills:

Understanding of AI-driven solutions, including but not limited to NLP,

automation, and machine learning.

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and strategically.

Excellent communication skills, capable of translating technical concepts to

non-technical stakeholders.

Strong project management skills with experience delivering AI-related projects from

concept to execution.
