Role Overview

The L2 Server & Data Center Engineer is responsible for the intermediate-level administration, maintenance, and optimization of the hybrid infrastructure environment. This role focuses on deep-dive Root Cause Analysis (RCA), capacity management, and the execution of complex planned changes across Windows, Linux, and Virtualization platforms.

Required Technical Skills

* OS Platforms: Robust proficiency in Windows Server (2016/2019/2022) and Linux (RHEL/CentOS/Ubuntu).

* Virtualization: Hands-on experience with VMware vSphere 7.x/8.x.

* Backup Tools: Experience with enterprise tools (e.g., Veeam, Commvault, or Veritas).

* Infrastructure Services: Deep understanding of DNS, DHCP, DFS, and Active Directory.

* Tools: Proficiency in ServiceNow (ITSM) and monitoring tools (e.g., Nagios, Zabbix).
