Key Responsibilities

- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Set individual and team-wise sales targets and monitor performance.
- Generate new B2B customers through calls, meetings, references, online platforms, and market visits.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Monitor daily sales activities, customer calls, visits, leads, and conversions.
- Review sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-up on leads and quotations.
- Coordinate with the Purchase, Production, Dispatch, and Accounts teams for smooth order execution.
- Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Conduct regular team meetings and provide sales training and guidance.
- Track team KPIs and take corrective action wherever required.
- Handle key customers and support the team in closing important deals.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and pricing.




- Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments in coordination with the Accounts team.
- Achieve revenue, customer acquisition, and business development targets.

Preferred Candidate

- Experience in industrial products, tools, safety products, ESD products, electrical/electronic products, or other B2B manufacturing-related products will be preferred.
- Experience managing a team of 36+ sales executives will be an advantage.
