Roles and Responsibilities

- Provide technical expertise on Oracle HCM US Payroll modules such as Compensation, Benefits, Labor, and Global Implementation.

- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and deliver solutions that meet their needs.

- Conduct virtual drives for candidates across India for various positions within the organization.

- Ensure timely delivery of projects by managing multiple priorities simultaneously.

- Develop strong relationships with stakeholders through effective communication and problem-solving skills.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 7-10 years of experience in Oracle HCM US Payroll Techno-Functional role or similar position.

- Bachelor's degree in Any Specialization (B.Tech / B.E.).

- Strong understanding of Oracle HCM Payroll modules including Compensation, Perks, Labor, and Global Implementation.

- Excellent analytical skills with ability to analyze complex data sets and provide insights.
