The HIS/IT Executive is responsible for managing the hospital s IT infrastructure, supporting the Hospital Information System (HIS), and ensuring smooth digital operations across all departments. The role includes troubleshooting, user support, system maintenance, and ensuring data security and compliance with hospital standards.

- Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain Hospital Information System (HIS) including modules for OPD, IPD, TPA, Billing, Laboratory, Radiology, and Pharmacy.

- Provide technical support to hospital staff for HIS and IT-related issues.

- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and peripheral device problems.

- Assist in installation, configuration, and upgrade of software and IT systems.

- Ensure data integrity, backup, and security of all hospital systems.

- Maintain inventory of IT assets and ensure proper functioning of all equipment.

- Train hospital staff on HIS modules, IT tools, and software updates.

- Prepare IT/HIS reports, dashboards, and MIS for management review.

- Collaborate with vendors for IT support, maintenance, and procurement of software/hardware.

- Ensure compliance with hospital IT policies,



data privacy, and security protocols.

- Qualifications Experience

- Graduate / Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field.

- 0-2 years of experience in hospital IT/HIS management or general IT support.

- Knowledge of Hospital Information Systems (HIS) preferred.

- Basic understanding of networking, database management, and hardware
