Role & responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve application-related issues impacting card printing systems.
- Work with internal teams to ensure proper functionality of card management software and databases.
- Provide end-user support for system usage, printing errors, and operational concerns.
- Maintain system logs and documentation for recurring issues and resolutions.
- Troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and basic network connectivity issues.
- Install and update operating systems, applications, antivirus software, and security patches.
- Maintain IT asset records and inventory.
- Monitor system performance and escalate complex technical issues when required.
- Perform regular backups and assist with data recovery procedures.
- Follow IT security policies and help maintain system security.
