About the Position:

The Area business manager is responsible for maintaining and increasing sales of company s products. Reaching the targets and goals set for the area. Developing sales strategies and setting targets. Monitoring team s performance and motivating them to reach targets.

Responsibilities

- Appointing result-oriented field force and appointing reputed stockiest
- Territory mapping and route list
- Implementing plans given by management
- Building vertical and horizontal distribution network
- Generating volume and value business
- Controlling credit limit at stockiest and super stockiest level and Controlling stock levels at stockiest and super stockiest point
- Imparting proper infield and classroom training to field force
- Efficiently managing team and Building team spirit
- Target driven and self-motivated and should be a good team manager and orient the team towards achieving goals
- Checking,



analyzing and submitting all required reports and Closing sales effectively
- Should be capable of monitoring reports and should ensure that the entire team achieves the given targets.
- Should have excellent customer connections and should drive business goals by maintaining positive relations with the key outlets and stockiest
- Demonstrating ability to excel and market feed back to the management

Required Qualification and Skills

- Minimum 4 Years sales experience
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills
- Graduate degree
- Good planning and organizational skills
- The ability to motivate and lead a team
