Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage AR calls to resolve outstanding accounts receivable issues and improve cash flow.
- Identify and address denials by investigating root causes, appealing denied claims, and implementing corrective actions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies, patient complaints, and other revenue cycle management issues.
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in the revenue cycle process.
Job Requirements:
- 1-5 years of experience in AR calling or similar role in a healthcare setting.
- Robust knowledge of RCM (Revenue Cycle Management) principles and practices.
- Excellent communication skills for effective phone conversations with patients, providers, and insurance companies.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while prioritizing multiple tasks.
