We are hiring an experienced Senior Automation Test Engineer with solid expertise in Selenium WebDriver using Python to lead and enhance our automation testing initiatives.Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks using Selenium WebDriver with Python
- Build and enhance end-to-end automation frameworks (Page Object Model, Data-Driven, Hybrid)
- Develop and maintain automated test suites for UI and API testing
- Integrate automation suites with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions)
- Generate and analyze test reports using Allure, HTML reports, pytest reports
- Define and own the automation strategy aligned with business and project goals
- Perform code reviews, enforce automation standards, and drive best practices
- Lead, mentor, and guide junior automation engineers
- Collaborate closely with development and product teams to ensure quality releases

Requirements

- Selenium WebDriver with Python
- Automation Framework Design (POM, Data-Driven, Hybrid)
- API Testing (REST APIs)
- CI/CD tools: Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions
- Test Reporting: Allure, pytest, HTML reports
- Strong knowledge of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies
