Hiring: JAMF L3 Engineer | . We are looking for a JAMF L3 Engineer with solid experience in JAMF Pro and Apple device management.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain JAMF Pro environment
- Handle Apple device lifecycle (deployment to decommissioning)
- Provide L2/L3 support for complex issues
- Create policies, profiles, and security configurations
- Perform patch management for macOS and iOS
- Maintain inventory and reporting
- Develop scripts for automation (Bash/Python/AppleScript)
- Ensure security compliance and collaborate with teams
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant JAMF experience (Total 7 years)
- Strong knowledge of macOS and iOS
- Good troubleshooting and scripting skills
- Experience with MDM and security practices
- Familiarity with ServiceNow / Jira / ManageEngine
- Preferred JAMF 200 or 300 certification
- Experience with Apple Business Manager
- ITIL knowledge.
