Roles & Responsibilities:

- Handle international inbound voice calls from telecom/ISP customers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to network, broadband, Wi-Fi, connectivity, and service interruptions.
- Provide effective customer support and ensure customer satisfaction.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Minimum 2 years of International Voice experience.
- Minimum 6 months of recent experience in the Telecom/ISP domain.
- Telecom domain experience is mandatory.
- Graduates and Undergraduates can apply. (No Pursuing candidates)
- Willingness to work in 24/7 rotational shifts.
