A leading pharmaceutical company is looking for an experienced NPD Head to drive portfolio growth and recent product introductions for the Domestic Business.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify, evaluate and in-license high-potential pharmaceutical products.
- Drive portfolio growth, market gap analysis and competitive benchmarking.
- Develop product launch strategies, pricing and commercial plans.
- Lead end-to-end NPD project planning, execution and cost tracking.
- Coordinate with Marketing, BD, QA, QC, Production, Planning & Logistics.
- Drive supply-chain and capacity planning for new product launches.
- Manage project reviews, timelines and resolution of bottlenecks.

Candidate Profile:

- B.Pharm; MBA in Project Management / Operations preferred.
- 10-15 years of relevant pharmaceutical industry experience.
- Strong experience in NPD, portfolio management, product evaluation, in-licensing and product launches.
- Strong commercial, negotiation, project management and stakeholder management skills.
