We are looking for a Logistics & Accounts Executive with strong experience in export documentation, shipment coordination, logistics operations, and basic accounting.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle export documentation including Invoice, Packing List, Shipping Bill, BL/AWB, Certificate of Origin, etc.
- Coordinate with CHA, freight forwarders, shipping lines, transporters and customers for export shipments.
- Track shipments and ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
- Handle basic accounts activities, invoice verification, payment follow-up and logistics-related expenses.
- Maintain proper records of export documents, shipments and accounts transactions.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, ERP and export procedures with robust communication and coordination skills.
