Job Description:

We have an urgent requirement for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors (SF) SME with solid expertise in Segregation of Duties (SoD) Risk Assessment and Access Governance for an ongoing implementation project.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Employee Central (EC) and Employee Central Payroll (ECP) along with deep understanding of roles, authorizations, and compliance frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform SoD risk assessments for SAP SuccessFactors EC & ECP modules
- Review roles, access, and authorization profiles to identify conflicts
- Recommend mitigation controls and remediation approaches
- Ensure compliance with access governance and security best practices
- Collaborate with business and security teams during implementation
- Support role design and access control framework

Required Skills:





- 10+ years of SAP experience with strong focus on SAP SuccessFactors
- Hands-on experience in Employee Central (EC) & Employee Central Payroll (ECP)
- Strong expertise in:
- Segregation of Duties (SoD)
- Access Risk Management
- Role-Based Permissions (RBP)

- Experience in End-to-End Implementation Projects
- Knowledge of roles, authorizations, and access governance

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with SAP GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance)
- Exposure to audit and compliance frameworks
- Strong stakeholder communication skills
