Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions across enterprise environments. The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in ITSM modules, strong architectural knowledge, and hands-on experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems.
Notice Period: Immediate.
Key Responsibilities
- 10+ years of overall IT experience with solid ServiceNow expertise
- Hands-on experience in ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request)
- CMDB & CSDM framework
- Service Catalog & Flow Designer
- Integration Hub & APIs (REST/SOAP)
- Performance Analytics
- UI Builder / Service Portal.
