Genpact Inviting Applications for Banking Commercial Lending roles- Jaipur

In this role, you will be responsible for working on commercial lending deals for an Australian bank in a newly transitioned process. You will function as an expert for a business lending loan and collaborate closely with clients and ensure correct processing of the loan request and first-time right response to the end customer

Responsibilities

- Support evaluation of leasing and lending opportunities by gathering and analyzing relevant data.
- Assist in preparing and reviewing lease terms and financing agreements under guidance from senior team members.

- Manage and maintain lease and loan documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Conduct basic market research and feasibility studies to support new leasing and lending projects.
- Ensure adherence to legal, compliance,



and regulatory standards in all transactions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business development and operational initiatives.
- Provide assistance to senior associates and managers across leasing and lending activities, gaining exposure to end-to-end processes.

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications

- University Graduates(B.Com./BBA)

Preferred qualifications

- Prior experience in Banking industry will be preferred.
- Good knowledge of financial Skills
