Job Description :

Lead and manage cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end reinsurance operations, ensuring timely and accurate achievement of KPIs.

Analyze and interpret treaty reinsurance contracts across multiple lines of business to assess risk exposure and support daily activities across value chain.

Collaborate with brokers, reinsurers, and underwriting managers to support daily operations and strategic initiatives.

Bring continuous improvement through process excellence initiatives.



Recommend and implement automation and AI-driven solutions to streamline underwriting workflows.

Profile Description :

Solid leadership and team management experience (6+ years in a leadership role)

Deep understanding of P&C; reinsurance frameworks and risk modeling. Exceptional communication skills able to distill complex concepts for diverse audiences.

Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with international clients and stakeholders.

Strategic thinker with confident decision-making and multitasking capabilities.

Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with reinsurance systems/tools.

24/7 mindset with a passion for excellence and continuous improvement.

Bachelors or Masters degree in a relevant field (Finance, Risk, Insurance, etc.)

12+ years of experience in the reinsurance industry.

Professional certifications such as ARE or CPCU (preferred)

Exposure to international markets and multicultural teams.
