Key Responsibilities

- Lead BIM-based architectural design, modeling, documentation, and coordination for multiple projects.
- Develop and implement BEP, BIM standards, workflows, LOD/LOI, and project protocols.
- Preparation of BIM LOD Models as per drawings and managing team of BIM Architects & Engg. For preparing models & coordination with drawings, checking clash coordination.
- Estimating quantities from the BIM models for Arch / Structure / Finishing / MEP.
- Extract quantities for Architectural, Structural, Finishing, and MEP works from BIM models.
- Review drawings, models, families, sheets, schedules, and project documentation.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams on BIM requirements.

Required Technical Skills





- Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit Architecture and good knowledge of Navisworks.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD and architectural documentation software.
- Robust understanding of BIM coordination, clash detection, model federation, LOD/LOI, BEP, and BIM standards.
- Knowledge of multidisciplinary coordination and quantity extraction.
- Familiarity with BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) is an advantage.
- Good understanding of architectural drawings, construction documentation, and building construction.
- Strong leadership, coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
