Job Summary

Shift: US / UK Shift

We are hiring experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) Functional and Technical Consultants with strong expertise in Finance & Operations (F&O;). The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in implementation, support, and customization of D365 solutions.

Responsibilities

- Work on D365 F&O; implementation, support, and enhancement projects
- Gather business requirements and perform Fit-Gap analysis
- Configure and customize D365 modules based on business needs
- Prepare FRD, FDD, and technical design documents
- Develop solutions using X++ and integrations
- Perform data migration, SIT, UAT, and deployment support
- Work on integrations using APIs, Azure services, and Service Bus
- Provide post-go-live support and resolve production issues




- Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams

Functional Skills

- Finance: GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cost Accounting, Cash & Bank
- Supply Chain: Inventory, WMS, TMS, Production Control
- Robust understanding of business processes and workflows

Technical Skills

- D365 F&O;, X++ .NET, SQL Server Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) Azure (Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus) Data Entities, OData, integrations

Required Skills

- Strong experience in D365 F&O; end-to-end implementations
- Good communication and stakeholder management
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Ability to work in US/UK shifts.
