We are looking for a skilled SAP RTR Process Lead to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have 3-8 years of experience and a strong background in E-Learning/EdTech industry.

Roles and Responsibility

- Manage and oversee the implementation of SAP RTR processes.
- Develop and maintain process documentation and standard operating procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve process issues.
- Analyze and report on process performance metrics.
- Provide training and support to end-users on SAP RTR processes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

- Strong knowledge of SAP RTR modules and functionalities.
- Experience in managing and leading process improvement initiatives.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a rapid-paced environment.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
