Role: Regional Credit Manager
Business: HL/ LAP / Mortgages / Secured Lending
Experience: Typically 812 years for the referenced role

Key responsibilities:

- Responsible for credit appraisal and monitoring of the assigned region.
- Manage a team of Credit Managers and sanction credit cases within the delegated authority.
- Ensure implementation of credit policies, processes and authority matrix across branches.
- Underwrite and prepare credit proposals for LAP and other applicable products based on local market requirements.
- Analyze portfolio health,



credit risk and asset quality by segment/profile.
- Provide timely credit feedback and guidance to the Sales/Business team.
- Maintain high portfolio quality and keep delinquencies under control.
- Build, coach and lead an effective regional credit team.
- Improve credit productivity and turnaround time (TAT).
- Monitor and improve the quality of external vendors/service providers.
- Conduct market analysis and provide feedback for credit-policy changes and current product launches.
