Required Experience / Skills

- Web design and development
- Experience designing and developing dynamic document or report templates
- Experience with Ecrion, DocuSign document-generation products, or a comparable

document-composition platform would be an asset

- Strong SQL capability, including the development of queries, views, and stored

procedures in Microsoft SQL Server

- Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure services
- Experience developing, testing, or supporting Azure Functions
- Experience working with XML and JSON data structures
- Understanding of data mapping, transformation, and integration processes
- Knowledge of REST APIs, API response handling, and application integration
- Basic development experience using C#, .NET, JavaScript, or a comparable programming

language

- Basic knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Query for supporting data

integration, transformation, automation, and reporting-related activities

- Ability to troubleshoot template, data, integration, and document-generation issues
- Solid attention to detail, particularly regarding document formatting, conditional

content, and data accuracy

- Ability to prepare clear technical documentation and work under the guidance of senior

technical resources

Key Expectations / Deliverables

- Development and modification of Ecrion document templates based on approved

business requirements and sample documents

- Configuration of dynamic text, tables, images, headers, footers, page numbering, and

conditional content

- Mapping of XML, JSON, SQL, or API data fields to the relevant Ecrion templates




- Development or modification of SQL queries, views, and stored procedures required to

retrieve document data

- Development and support of Azure Functions used for data transformation, document

processing, routing, or system integration

- Integration of Ecrion with internal and external applications through APIs, Azure

services, secure file transfer, or other approved methods

- Testing of templates using different data combinations and business scenarios
- Resolution of formatting, pagination, missing-data, and document-generation defects

- Confirmation that generated documents contain accurate data and comply with

approved formatting and branding requirements

- Deployment support across development, testing, and production environments
- A detailed list of all templates, system components, Azure services, database objects,

and integration methods used

- Documentation of data sources, mappings, transformation logic, and conditional

template rules

- Documentation of Azure Functions, configuration requirements, connection points, and

processing workflows

- Testing evidence and confirmation that generated documents meet the required

business and technical specifications

- Troubleshooting and support procedures for common document-generation failures
- Knowledge transfer to designated internal technical resources before the end of the

engagement

Working Requirements

The resource should be capable of working independently on assigned development

activities while collaborating with business analysts, developers, infrastructure personnel,

quality assurance resources, and external vendors.
