Job Responsibilities

- Handle leads and convert prospects into site visits and sales.

- Build and maintain robust relationships with clients.

- Understand client requirements and provide suitable project information.

- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective clients.

- Coordinate and manage client site visits.

- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, visits, and conversions.

- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client handling.

- Provide regular sales reports and updates to management.

Requirements





- 45 years of experience in sales/real estate sales.

- Personal vehicle is mandatory.

- Basic computer knowledge.

- Basic English communication skills.

- Good command of Hindi language.

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.

- Target-oriented and confident personality.

- Willingness to work in a fast-paced sales environment.

Preferred Profile
