Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Salesforce FSC Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in Salesforce, particularly in Financial Services Cloud, and will be responsible for gathering business requirements, designing scalable solutions, and ensuring successful implementation and adoption of Salesforce FSC across business units.

Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 2 years in Salesforce FSC.
- Strong understanding of financial services processes and terminology.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration (flows, validation rules, custom objects).
- Strong expertise in requirement analysis, writing epics, user stories, Use case development, Analytical skills, Business process mapping, Prototype, BRD, FSD, Agile, RTM and UAT.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Salesforce Administrator and/or FSC Consultant certification preferred.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations (e.g., Mulesoft, APIs).
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, and Tableau.
- Knowledge of data migration and ETL processes.
