Job Summary

Lead requirement gathering workshops focused on Customer / Business Partner master data. Analyze existing customer master data processes and define optimized To Be processes in MDG.

Responsibilities

- Configure MDG Customer domain: data models, UI modeling, change request types, workflows, validations, and derivations.
- Design and maintain BRF+ rules for customer master validations and field derivations.
- Support integration with SAP S/4HANA, CRM, ECC, and third party systems through ALE/IDoc, APIs, or SOA.
- Collaborate with technical teams to design enhancements, interfaces, and data replication strategies.
- Work with business users and data stewards for testing (SIT/UAT), training, and change management.
- Prepare detailed functional specifications, configuration documents, and test scripts.
- Support data migration, cleansing, and harmonization activities for customer data.
- Troubleshoot issues and drive continuous improvement in MDG Customer processes.
