WHAT WILL YOU DO?

Source & identify top Non-IT talent
Connect, engage & build candidate relationships
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle
Understand client requirements & deliver the right profiles
Coordinate with hiring managers & stakeholders
Build strong talent pipelines and contribute to business growth

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?





2+ years of hands-on Non-IT recruitment experience
Robust sourcing skills — LinkedIn, Naukri & other platforms
Good understanding of Non-IT functions & talent markets
Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills
Self-driven, organized and target-oriented
Most importantly — someone who genuinely enjoys connecting people with opportunities!
