Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP ERP Recruiter responsible for end-to-end recruitment of SAP professionals across various SAP modules and technologies. The ideal candidate should possess strong sourcing capabilities, stakeholder management skills, and a solid understanding of SAP functional and technical roles.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for SAP ERP positions.
- Source SAP consultants through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, referrals, and networking channels.
- Recruit for SAP modules including:
- SAP FICO
- SAP MM
- SAP SD
- SAP PP
- SAP QM
- SAP WM/EWM
- SAP HCM/SuccessFactors
- SAP ABAP
- SAP BASIS
- SAP BW/BI
- SAP S/4HANA

- Screen and evaluate candidates based on SAP skills, project experience, and domain expertise.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and technical panels.
- Manage offer negotiations, onboarding, and candidate engagement.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.




- Build a strong pipeline of SAP talent for ongoing and future requirements.

Required Skills

- 2+ years of IT recruitment experience with a focus on SAP/ERP hiring.
- Robust understanding of SAP functional and technical modules.
- Expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and other sourcing platforms.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in contract, permanent, and project-based hiring.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
- Experience in SAP consulting, implementation, support, rollout, or migration hiring is an added advantage.

Preferred Skills

- SAP S/4HANA recruitment experience.
- Domestic and international hiring exposure.
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
