Job Description Business Transformation Consultant – Procurement (Coupa)

Location: Offshore – India

Contract Type: Fixed Price

Contract Term: 12 months (extendable)

Experience Level: Minimum 4+ years of hands-on Coupa experience

Work Time- 06:30 AM- 04:00 PM (IST)

We are looking for a skilled Business Transformation Consultant with strong expertise in the Coupa platform and procurement transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience across Coupa modules, ERP integrations, testing, and release management within enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and support implementation, enhancement, and BAU activities across Coupa modules:
- Supplier Information Management (SIM)
- Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM)
- Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
- Strategic Sourcing
- Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to deliver procurement transformation initiatives
- Manage integration between Coupa and SAP/ERP systems
- Support SAP S/4HANA upgrade and master data transformation programs




- Coordinate and execute System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Manage release planning, deployment activities, defect tracking, and stakeholder communication
- Provide production support and issue resolution within an offshore delivery model
- Ensure timely delivery of functional and technical enhancements aligned with business requirements

Required Skills & Experience

- 4+ years of hands-on experience in Coupa implementation and support
- Strong expertise across multiple Coupa modules: SIM, CLM, P2P, and Sourcing
- Experience integrating Coupa with SAP or other ERP platforms
- Solid understanding of procurement and sourcing processes
- Experience in SIT, UAT, release management, and change delivery
- Ability to work with cross-functional and global stakeholders
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience supporting SAP S/4HANA transformation programs
- Knowledge of procurement master data migration/transformation
- Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments
