- ASCP plan exception management
- Planning collections and plan generation
- Recommendation review and planned order releases
- Global Order Promising (GOP)
- Forecast load and management
Requirements
- Experience in ticket resolution and incident management (AMS Support)
- Experience working directly with business users and client IT SMEs
- Experience or exposure to Demantra.
