Requirements

- 2.5 - 5 years of experience in Presentation Design, PowerPoint Design, or Graphic Design.
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft PowerPoint, including slide creation, formatting, and template design.
- Proven expertise in creating corporate presentations, proposal decks, executive presentations, and business communication materials.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
- Solid understanding of typography, visual storytelling, layout design, digital design, and print design principles.
- Ability to interpret written content and convert it into transparent, visually engaging presentations.
- Excellent attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.
- Experience working with presentation templates, master slides, and brand guidelines.
- Solid verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Demonstrated creativity, problem-solving ability, adaptability, and a proactive mindset.
- Basic knowledge of Figma, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Premiere Pro,



and Adobe After Effects is preferred.
- Exposure to motion graphics, video editing, and UI design concepts will be an added advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform effectively under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

- Create visually compelling presentations, proposals, pitch decks, and business deliverables using Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Transform complex and text-heavy content into engaging visual stories and impactful presentations.
- Design creative slide layouts, infographics, charts, and graphical elements while adhering to brand guidelines.
- Format and enhance raw presentation content using standard templates and presentation design best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and designers to deliver high-quality presentation assets.
- Ensure consistency, accuracy, and visual quality across all presentation materials.
- Apply strong typography, layout design, color theory, and visual hierarchy principles.
- Manage multiple assignments simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain high attention to detail and perform thorough quality checks before final delivery.
- Stay updated with emerging design trends, presentation techniques, and creative tools.
- Communicate design concepts and recommendations effectively to stakeholders and team members.
- Support additional creative requirements involving digital design, print collateral, motion graphics, video editing, and UI design when required.
