- Supervise day-to-day civil construction activities at the project site.
- Execute structural and civil works including RCC, reinforcement, shuttering/formwork, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, flooring, and finishing works.
- Study and interpret structural, architectural, and MEP drawings.
- Ensure construction is carried out as per approved drawings, method statements, specifications, and applicable standards.
- Coordinate with the Project Manager, Site Engineers, contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and QA/QC team.
- Check reinforcement, shuttering, concrete placement, levels, dimensions, and alignment before inspections and concreting.
- Monitor concrete pouring, cube testing, curing, and other required quality-control activities.
- Prepare and maintain daily progress reports, site records, inspection requests, and material records.
- Monitor manpower, materials, equipment, and productivity at the site.
- Coordinate with surveying teams for setting out, levels, grid lines, verticality, and dimensional accuracy.
- Identify construction issues and coordinate corrective actions with the concerned teams.
- Ensure proper sequencing of work to meet project milestones and schedules.
- Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure work is completed as per agreed specifications and timelines.
- Assist in quantity measurements, material requirements, BOQs, and reconciliation of materials.
- Ensure proper implementation of quality control and safety procedures at the work site.
- Conduct regular inspections and report defects,



deviations, and non-conformities.
- Coordinate with MEP teams to ensure proper integration of services with civil and structural works.
- Maintain proper documentation of drawings, revisions, inspection records, and site instructions.
- Participate in site meetings and provide updates on progress, manpower, materials, and technical issues.

Required QualificationsRole & responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile

- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Typically 2 to 8 years of relevant site experience, preferably in high-rise residential, commercial, or mixed-use building projects.
- Strong knowledge of RCC construction, reinforcement, shuttering/formwork, concrete works, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, and finishing.
- Ability to read and understand structural and architectural drawings.
- Knowledge of construction methods, quality standards, and site safety practices.
- Valuable coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to manage site activities under pressure and meet project deadlines.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, MS Project/Primavera, or relevant construction software is an advantage.
