About the Role

Your TA Partner is looking for a Freelance Recruiter / Recruitment Partner to work with us on multiple recruitment mandates across industries.

This is an ideal prospect for a recruiter who enjoys independent sourcing, candidate engagement and end-to-end recruitment, and wants to earn beyond a fixed salary through performance-based incentives.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand job requirements and candidate profiles clearly before sourcing.
- Source relevant candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, databases and other channels.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and assess suitability against the requirement.
- Discuss role, company, location, compensation and other relevant details with candidates.
- Share shortlisted and quality profiles with the internal recruitment team.
- Coordinate with candidates throughout the interview process.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interviews, offers, joining dates and documentation.
- Maintain accurate candidate information and recruitment updates.
- Work towards achieving agreed monthly submission and joining targets.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate network for future requirements.
- What We Are Looking For

- 1-5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in an agency / consultancy environment.
- Strong sourcing and candidate-screening skills.




- Good understanding of recruitment processes and candidate management.
- Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
- Good communication and follow-up skills.
- Ability to understand multiple job profiles and identify relevant candidates.
- Candidates with an existing database / network will have an advantage.
- Prior experience in recruiting for mid-to-senior level positions will be preferred.

Compensation - Fixed Monthly Retainer + Performance Incentives
