Shift: US/Rotational Night Shifts

Job Overview

We are hiring Customer Support Executives for an international voice process supporting US customers. Candidates should have excellent English communication, strong customer-handling skills, and flexibility to work rotational night shifts. Experience in international voice, BPO, customer service, or technical support is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound calls from US customers professionally.
- Understand customer concerns and provide accurate resolutions.
- Assist customers with queries related to Adobe products and services.
- Maintain Quality, Productivity, AHT, CSAT, and Compliance targets.
- Maintain accurate customer interaction records.
- Follow defined processes, policies, and communication standards.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and escalate complex issues when required.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and service quality.

Eligibility Criteria

- Graduate/Undergraduate candidates can apply.
- Minimum 1 year of BPO/Customer Support experience.




- Excellent spoken and written English communication.
- Comfortable communicating with US customers and understanding international accents.
- Basic technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong problem-solving and customer-handling abilities.
- Willing to work US/rotational night shifts.
- Immediate joiners only.
