Role & responsibilities

- Smooth Onboarding experience for all new joinees and to train new employees on HR guidelines.
- Facilitate implementation of new policies and educate employees on HR policies and procedures, thereby, delivering HR policies and practices at the field level.
- Should be effective in conflict management and handling sensitive issues.
- Manage transactions / communications related to understaffing, handling disputes, terminating employees, and administering disciplinary procedures.
- To develop and deliver a branch connect strategy
- To represent the department in relation to functional areas of activity and to ensure that other members of the team are kept fully informed of decisions and developments in that area.
- Driving HR processes at State level such as Recruitment, Onboarding, Employee Engagement, Transfer, Exit formalities etc.
- Oversee system interventions associated with transfers, promotions, training, termination, exit forms and recent hires.
- Serve as a link between Corporate HR and employees by handling questions,



interpreting and helping resolve work-related problems.
- Handle first level queries on issues like absconding, exits, show cause notice etc. and co-ordinate with Central HR team for resolution.
- Handling employee separation sensitively and identifying any specific trends w.r.t attrition. Conducting retention and exit interviews etc. and report it centrally.

Preferred candidate profile

- Effective Communication and presentations skills
- Should be able to analyse circumstances and take appropriate decisions.
- Should be able to influence and negotiate with internal & external stakeholders and convince them about organizations point of view.
- Good Stakeholder management.
- Should be good at planning & organizing.
- Great deal of maturity and sensitivity is required while dealing with employees.
- Should be able to execute HR processes & practices and add value to the given assignments.
