- Supervise preventive, breakdown and routine mechanical maintenance activities.
- Monitor maintenance of ash handling equipment and associated mechanical systems.
- Supervise technicians, fitters and contract manpower during maintenance activities.
- Carry out inspection of equipment and identify abnormalities or potential failures.
- Ensure proper lubrication, alignment, tightening, bearing replacement and mechanical maintenance.
- Attend equipment breakdowns and coordinate timely restoration.
- Support planned shutdown and major maintenance activities.
- Maintain daily maintenance records, job cards and equipment history.
- Coordinate with Electrical and C&I; teams for equipment-related maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with PTW, LOTO and plant safety procedures.
- Monitor work quality and ensure completion of assigned maintenance jobs within the planned timeline.
- Coordinate with client/site representatives regarding maintenance activities.
