We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Executive / HR Generalist to join our HR team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about creating a positive workplace culture, driving employee engagement, and implementing innovative HR initiatives that enhance the overall employee experience.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enjoy interacting with employees, and be proactive in organizing engagement activities and fostering strong employee relations.

*Key Responsibilities*
Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives such as Fun Fridays, festival celebrations, team-building activities, wellness programs, birthday celebrations, and other cultural events.
Design and implement current HR initiatives to improve employee experience, motivation, and workplace culture.
Build and maintain positive employee relations by acting as a trusted point of contact for employees.
Coordinate employee recognition and rewards programs.
Support onboarding and induction activities to ensure a seamless new hire experience.
Conduct employee feedback sessions, pulse surveys, and engagement activities.




Collaborate with department heads to understand employee needs and implement engagement strategies.
Assist in internal communication initiatives and HR campaigns.
Support day-to-day HR operations and other HR generalist activities as required.

*Desired Candidate Profile*
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–4 years of experience in HR, preferably in Employee Engagement, HR Generalist, or Employee Relations roles.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Creative mindset with the ability to plan and execute employee engagement programs.
Positive attitude and excellent relationship-building skills.
Ability to multitask and work independently.

*Language Requirements*
Proficiency in at least one South Indian language (Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, etc.) is mandatory.
Knowledge of multiple South Indian languages will be an added advantage.
