- Experience in both customer service/relationship management and sales is mandatory.
- Kannada language proficiency is mandatory.
- Candidate should have valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
- Should be comfortable with sales targets, follow-ups, lead conversion, and customer retention.
- Relevant experience in matrimony, relationship management, telecalling, or sales is preferred.
