Role & responsibilities:

- Manage the day-to-day operations and supervision of the hostel and students.
- Ensure students follow daily schedules, reporting timings, hostel rules and discipline.
- Monitor student attendance and maintain daily records.
- Act as the primary point of contact for students for their day-to-day concerns and requirements.
- Handle student complaints, conflicts and routine issues in a calm and professional manner.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, security, food & beverage, front office and management to resolve student-related issues.
- Monitor the safety, well-being and overall comfort of students.
- Communicate important announcements, instructions and schedule changes to students.
- Supervise and coordinate with Caretaker.
- Handle and escalate responsible or sensitive student matters to management appropriately.
- Maintain records of complaints, incidents, attendance and other student-related activities.
- Prepare regular updates and reports for management.
- Ensure professional, respectful and appropriate communication with all students.

Preferred candidate profile

- Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Administration, HR,



Event Management or a related field will be preferred.
- Experience in hostel management, student coordination, hospitality, administration, customer service or a similar role is preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication and people-management skills may also be considered.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Known languages should be English, Hindi, Telugu, Kaneda.
- Strong student management and coordination skills.
- Patient, approachable, responsible and disciplined personality.
- Good problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Ability to remain calm and make decisions under pressure.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Basic computer skills for attendance, records and reporting.
- Comfortable coordinating with multiple departments and staff.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays when required.
- Female candidates preferred due to the nature of the girls' hostel role.
