About the Role

We are looking for an experienced SAP FICO professional to manage, support and optimize SAP Financial Accounting and Controlling processes. The role will work closely with Finance and IT teams to ensure efficient financial operations, system integration and continuous process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

- Configure and support SAP FI/CO modules including GL, AP, AR, AA, CCA, PCA and COPA.
- Manage end-to-end financial processes including month-end and year-end closing.
- Resolve SAP FICO issues and ensure smooth business operations.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
- Support SAP implementation, upgrades, migration, UAT and go-live activities.
- Ensure integration with SAP MM, SD and PP modules.
- Prepare financial reports and support audit and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with ABAP, Basis and other SAP teams for enhancements and solutions.
- Drive process improvements,



automation and S/4HANA adoption.

Required Skills

- Solid hands-on experience in SAP FICO – FI & CO.
- Experience in SAP ECC / S/4HANA Finance.
- Good knowledge of GL, AP, AR, AA, Bank Accounting, CCA, PCA and COPA.
- Experience in SAP FICO implementation/support and integration with MM, SD and PP.
- Understanding of Report Painter, Report Writer and SAP Query.
- Basic understanding of ABAP debugging and custom reports.

Candidate Profile

- 5–7 years of relevant SAP FICO experience.
- Minimum 2 full-cycle SAP FICO implementations or major upgrades.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end financial and controlling processes.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
