Role & responsibilities

- Develop architectural designs for residential projects, including working drawings and presentation drawings.

- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring design solutions meet project requirements.

- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with design specifications.

- Prepare detailed estimates of materials, labor, and equipment needed for each project phase.

- Provide technical support during the execution stage of projects.
