Palies IT Services is looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to support our franchise expansion activities. The primary responsibility of this role is to identify potential franchise partners, generate leads, conduct business discussions, and contribute to the growth of our franchise network.

- Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate and qualify franchise leads through various channels.
- Identify potential entrepreneurs, investors, and business owners interested in franchise opportunities.
- Conduct introductory calls and schedule meetings with prospective franchise partners.
- Explain the company's business model, products, services, and franchise opportunities.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Coordinate with management during franchise discussions and presentations.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing franchise partners.
- Support franchise onboarding and documentation processes.
- Maintain daily activity reports and lead tracking records.
- Achieve monthly lead generation and franchise acquisition targets.
- RequirementsAny Degree / MBA / Diploma.
