Position: Telecaller cum Receptionist and Counsellor

Location: Ludhiana

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹17,000 + Incentives

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

About the Role:- We are looking for a confident, well-spoken, and presentable Telecaller cum Receptionist to join our Ludhiana outlet. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and be comfortable handling calls, visitors, and basic front-desk responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally.
- Call potential students and explain our courses and programs.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
- Handle front-desk and reception responsibilities.
- Welcome and assist students and visitors at the outlet.
- Maintain basic lead and enquiry records.
- Coordinate with the sales and academic team.
- Schedule appointments, counselling sessions, and follow-ups.




- Support the branch team with day-to-day administrative tasks.

Requirements:-

- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and polite personality.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Good Hindi/Punjabi communication; English communication will be an advantage.
- Ability to handle calls and follow-ups effectively.
