- Counsel patients and their families with empathy, helping them feel confident throughout their fertility journey.
- Discuss treatment packages, financial options and answer cost-related queries.
- Build trust and maintain solid relationships with patients.
- Follow up regularly with patients until they start treatment.
- Maintain accurate patient records and update the CRM.
- Work closely with the medical and operations team to ensure a smooth patient experience.




- Achieve counselling and treatment conversion goals while maintaining high patient satisfaction.
- Candidate RequirementsGraduate in any discipline.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong counselling, convincing and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to handle sensitive conversations with empathy and professionalism.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Experience in counselling, customer relationship, healthcare, banking, education counselling or sales is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a passion for counselling may also apply.
